The F&B Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of the restaurant, bar and galley plus all the related areas. His/hers responsibilities include a food coast budgeting, training, maintaining a high standard of food quality and service, safe handling of food supplies, etc.
In addition he/she is responsible for the reviewing of all guests complaints with the Executive Chef and Maitre D, maintaining and ensuring the US Public Health standards, reporting to the technical department of all the malfunctions and necessary repairs, holding the daily meetings with his Heads of Departments and providing the main office with all the requested reports and inventories. Excellent leadership is mandatory. Fluent English language skill is required.
Assistant F&B Manager
The Asst. F&B Manager is responsible for the day to day supervision of the restaurant, bar and galley plus all the related activities as directed by the F&B Manager. His/hers responsibilities include training and maintaining a high standard of food quality and service. The applicant must possess excellent leadership skills and fluent English language skill.
The Maitre D is responsible for the day to day operations and supervision of the restaurants. His/hers responsibility include training, maintaining a high standard of food quality and service, assigning work schedules for Asst. Maitre D, Waiters, Assistant Waiters and F&B service staff, keeping control of all the equipment and taking inventories required by F&B Manager, visiting all tables once a day, paying special attention to the VIP guests. Assistant Maitre D
The Asst. Maitre D is responsible for daily operations in the dining room, supervising all of the dining room crew, maintaining cleanness of the restaurant, correcting table settings, maintaining a high service standard, taking an active part in the Restaurant personnel training program, ensuring that the cleaning schedule is followed by the personnel. He/she must have a pleasant and courteous personality and fluent English language skill. Waiter The Waiter provides a friendly and professional service to the guests in the restaurant and buffet restaurants. He/she must be knowledgeable of all the menu items and ingredients and possess the ability to describe them to the guests. The Waiter ensures that all the guests are completely satisfied with the food and service, and reports to the Asst. Maitre D. He/she also maintains cleanness of tables, corrects table settings and supervises asst. waiters assigned to his service station. Disney-Dream-Enchanted-Garden-ServerThe Assistant Waiter assists the dining room waiter in the food and beverage service, sets tables, serves guests as directed by the waiter, keeps menus clean and cleans tables between settings. He/she must have a knowledge of the menus and ingredients. An applicant must be fluent in English.
The Snack Steward assists in buffets set up at various locations during the dining hours. His/hers duties are not limited only to the dining room. They also include serving passengers and explaining food items. Fluent English skill is compulsory.
The F&B service provides a friendly and professional service to the officers, staff and crew in their assigned dining area. An applicant must be fluent in English.
Major goal of the Bar Manager is to ensure a smooth running of the department on a day to day basis. Person assigned to this position must have the ability to co-ordinate and delegate responsibility to his/her Assistants. His/hers responsibilities include training new employees; planning, assigning and directing tasks. Bar Manager handles and resolves complaints regarding the beverage operation. He/she must posses a full knowledge of the entire beverage operation such as cocktails recipes and service standards. A sound knowledge in wines and inventory control is compulsory. An applicant must be familiar with all the ships activities and hours of operations, as well as with the ships rules and regulations. He/she must have a pleasant and courteous personality and fluent English language skills. An additional language is an advantage.
Assistant Bar Manager
The Assistant Bar Manager supervises the designated area of the bar operation, assigned by the Bar Manager. An applicant must be prepared to help or fully replace the Bartender for a period of time whenever necessary. His/her duties include the supervision of the beverage inventory control. An applicant must be aware of guests needs and possible complaints. He/she must: achieve and maintain the USPH standards, report of all equipment malfunctions to the technical department.
The Bartender is responsible for serving alcoholic beverage to guests in lounges and on decks; mixing drinks and cocktails; filling orders placed by bar waiters; setting up, cleaning and stocking the bar. He/she is also responsible for all beverage transactions at the bar, the beverage cost as well as for creating an amusing and entertaining atmosphere for the guests at the bar. An applicant must have a pleasant and courteous personality and fluent English language skills.
The Bar Waiter is responsible for professional service of all alcoholic beverages to guests in lounges and on decks. He/she will work in a station designed by the Assistant Bar Manager. The assigned duties are: setting up the bar station, assisting in stocking of supplies and cleaning bar station. An applicant must have a pleasant and courteous personality and fluent English language skills.
The Wine Steward recommends and serves wine and bar beverages, ensures smooth running of Wine Cellar operations and prepares wine-sale reports. He/she also ensures the cleanness of Wine Cellar. Extensive knowledge of wines and fluent English language skills is required.
The Bar Utility is responsible for cleaning the lounges and stocking the bar supplies. English competency is required.

The First Purser is supervising day to day operations of the purser office / front desk as directed by the Chief Purser. A previous hotel experience is preferable. Fluent English language skills required, other languages are an advantage.

Group Service Coordinator
The Group Service Coordinator is responsible for the promotion, selling and arrangements of the shore excursions offered in the various ports of call. An experience in a travelrelated field is preferable. Fluent English language skills required in addition to two other languages such as Spanish, French, Italian and German are compulsory.
The Youth Counselor provides baby-sitting service for guests. He/she is responsible for the provision of safe, fun filled and age appropriate activities for each age group and for keeping the playroom clean, neat and organized at all times. An applicant must be capable of creating a friendly and positive attitude amongst children and parents at all times. Fluent English language skill is required.
In order to achieve the high level of retail professionalism the shop assistant must be an enthusiastic person with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as well as communicate clearly and effectively with costumers and colleagues. Shop assistant is responsible: for effectively welcoming and inspiring all prospective costumers and guests into the shop, for presentation of merchandise assortments with effective product knowledge, for facilitating smooth accurate sales transactions at the POS (point of sale) through to completion and for maintaining a neat, clean and organized shop presentation. Retail experience, skills and knowledge are preferable (with the emphasis toward fine Jewelry, Watches, Cosmetics and Fashion sales). Fluent English Language is required.

Beauty / Massage Therapist
The Beauty therapist performs facial therapy and massage. The Massage therapist performs a full body massage. Both positions are responsible for sale of all department related products. An extensive experience and fluent English language skills required.
Fitness / Aerobic Instructor
The Fitness / Aerobic Instructor is responsible for teaching aerobic classes (a large part of business on-board involves classes with Dyna Bands), supervising gymnasium and also conducting individual trainings. Fluent English language skills are required.
The Hair Stylist is responsible for haircuts and styling. This position requires a fully qualified in both ladies and mens hairdressing applicant with extensive beauty salon experience. Fluent English language skills required. An applicant must have a pleasant and courteous personality and fluent English language skills.
The Nail Technicians responsibilities include manicure, pedicure, gel nails and sale of all department related products. A Nail Technician training course and at least one year working experience in a beauty salon as well as fluent English language skill are required.
The Casino Dealers responsibilities are games dealing on the table: Blackjack, Roulette, Dice and Caribbean Stud Poker.They must have a minimum of three years experience as a dealer. Excellent English skills required.
The Cashiers responsibilities include interaction with passengers, cashing out casino chip and coin floats, jackpot prize issue, casino cash drops etc. He/she must have an experience in bank, building societies or foreign exchange with excellent customer service attitude. Excellent English skills required.
Photographer-Cruise-Ship-2The Photographer is responsible for taking photographs of guests at gangways, embarkation, deck, dining room, weddings, couples and costumes, helping with portrait studios and photo props set ups. He/she is also responsible for inventory and proper care and maintenance of the photographic equipment and an effective use of perspective and composition ideas, application and use of photographic equipment including camera body controls, zone focus technique, etc. An applicant must have basic knowledge of printing color balance and quality control procedures, as well as basic mechanical and dexterity skills used in production. Having a pleasant and very friendly personality is a must. Excellent English skill is compulsory.
The Videographer is responsible for shooting weekly events, tours, shoots and edits weddings, editing a weekly tape for revenue, schedules programs for on air playback, live broadcasts, music programming, equipment maintenance, satellites repositioning, graphic creation, etc. An applicant must have experience in video production as well as excellent shooting & editing skills. Friendly personality, professional attitude and excellent written & verbal skills are required. The Chief Housekeeping supervises all operations of the entire Housekeeping Department. He/she is responsible for the administrative functioning of the department, room service, overall cleanness of the ship excluding the galley and bars. This position also includes the supervision of the baggage discharge. Fluent English language skills required.
Assistant Chief Housekeeper
The Assistant Chief Housekeepers responsibilities are: day to day supervision of cleaning and maintenance of housekeeping area, guests baggage handling and distribution, inventory control and control of all housekeeping consumables in his/her assigned area, handling guests special requests and complaints and reporting them to the Chief Housekeeper. Fluent English language skills required.
Stateroom (Cabin) Steward
The Stateroom (Cabin) Steward is responsible for keeping clean and neat guests staterooms (cabins). He/she provides personal assistance to guests, takes care of guests personal laundry requests, replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, ice, stationary, etc. The Steward approaches guests in a professional manner with courtesy and politeness. Fluent English language skill is required.
Assistant Stateroom (Cabin) Steward
The Assistant Stateroom (Cabin) Steward assists the stateroom steward in cleaning guests staterooms (cabins) and passageways, emptying wastebaskets and transports trash, transferring the daily linen to the laundry. The Assistant Steward must deal with guests in a professional manner with courtesy and politeness. Good English language skill is required.
The Bell Man assists with room service if needed. He/she transfers guests luggage to and from the ship at each cruise. An applicant must be able to carry heavy parcels. Fluent English is compulsory.
The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning the public area, transporting trash, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. He/she is responsible for storage of all the cleaning supplies.
