Miray International Cruise Ship Management has completed providing multi-services for Disney Cruise Line’s Dry Dock Operations for It’s beautiful Cruise Ship the Disney Wonder at Navantia Shipyard, Cadiz, Spain in the late quarter of the year 2016.
Miray International Company provided three floating ships to accomodate and serving food and beverage catering for more than 4000 staff working for the Dry Dock Project for Disney Wonder along with another 1400 of her crew with Miray’s exceptional, carefully sellected, well educated and trained Crew from all around the globe.
Just to name some of the services provided by Miray International were exceptional dining experiences simply by serving a wide sellection of Menus consisting rich world cuisine of Cold & Hot Appetizers, Salads, Main Courses and Desserts prepared by award wining chefs of Miray International. Also elegant Housekeeping Services with amenities and changing linens and towels provided on a daily basis on three floating ships.
Having served more than 4000 pax not only breakfast, lunch and dinner but also mid-night buffet and late night buffet in 9 Main Dining Restaurants and 3 other A’la Carte Restaurants. More than 20000 course were prepared and served on a daily basis along with lively bars both on open decks and indoor bars on the three floating ships alongside. Miray International Company has also provided crew shops for essential needs for the crew working for Dry Dock Operations, with a wide sellection of retail products meet the needs of the crew.Safety booklets were designed for each floating ships, printed and handed out to all cabins of the crew.
Excellent service was given to the Guests and crew in elegant venues such as A’la Carte Restaurants and Main Dining Rooms of the three floating ships docked at alongside at the Navantia Port.
High service standarts were followed in every aspect of this operation as this operation is unique for its lenght and size and we are very proud of our crew who has once more accomplished and achieved such a milestone of business by working not just divine and inspiring but also with their heart.
